You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring you have the right to connect any website you add.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Creem as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes handled by Creem. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no illegal content, spam, infringement of others' rights, attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or use that violates Creem's platform policies.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the SERP Agent platform. Content we generate for your site belongs to you once published. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

6. Disclaimers

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or Creem's policies.
