Payments are processed by Creem. Creem.io operates as our Merchant of Record. When you buy a SERP Agent subscription, Creem is the seller on record, processes the payment, handles taxes, and manages refunds and chargebacks on our behalf.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data SERP Agent ("we", "us") collects, why, and what rights you have. We process data in line with the GDPR and other applicable laws.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password and workspace settings you provide when you sign up.
  • Site & SEO data — the website you connect, its Search Console data, rankings and content we generate for you.
  • Usage & device data — IP address, browser, pages visited and timestamps, collected to keep the service working and secure.
  • Payment data — handled by Creem; we receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (never your full card number).

2. How we use your data

To provide and improve the service, run audits and publish content on your behalf, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Payments and Creem

All payments are processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your card details. Creem's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can withdraw consent at any time in your browser or cookie settings.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service (e.g. hosting, Creem for payments, search APIs), all bound by confidentiality, and where required by law. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; accounting records are kept as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any right, email us.

8. AI support chat

Our website offers an AI-powered support chat. When you use it, the messages you send — including any personal data you choose to include (such as your name or email address) — and basic technical data (IP address, browser information) are processed to answer your questions and improve our support. Conversations are processed on our behalf by a specialised chat-assistant provider acting as our data processor under a data processing agreement. Conversation transcripts are stored for up to 180 days and then deleted automatically; IP addresses are anonymized after 30 days. Please do not share sensitive information (passwords, payment card details) in the chat. You can request a copy or deletion of your chat data at any time by emailing us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
